Beware, the Mil/Kooks are everywhere.
ReplyDelete"Young combat military personnel of the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars and their military Veteran cohorts have began a web of Military Blogger/Kooks that troll the world-wide-web as a cyber/sport of hunter/slayers (they call themselves) and to out the older 60s and 70s Vietnam Veterans they enjoy to harass and dishonor for their friends and family entertainment. Be damned if the Mil/Kooks are slaying PTSD combat disabled Nam Vets", says cyber/harassment victim Dallas Wittgenfeld.
"As a computer novice, a year ago I began to get hot-babes and then their military Veteran buddies asking to friend me on my Face Book pages. Little did I know that my Face Book had been invaded by a flock of valor vultures stealing every picture of what I do and my stories of what I done in Vietnam. Somehow their young military minds just knew I was a poser-nominee," the former Special Operator Airborne Ranger LRRP explains. "I was really shocked when I finally figured out that they were men (Marines) behind their screens. Not hot babes."
The decorated for valor in combat with two Purple Heart and Combat Infantry Badge paratrooper is only one of many honorable discharged Veterans of all wars who are singled out for the new cottage industry of Orwellian "truth-ministers. It turns out that the perpetrators of these dastardly entertainment activities are actually authors/writers of books and website bloggers "in the business". They most all have secret screen names and Pay Pal donation pages.
Cyber/harassment victims who have offered any resistance or defense, the consequence has been further threats and name calling. Recently, one documented attack of a target’s home though a (criminal) solicitation on the SOCnet website.
With few exceptions, the contributors to SOCnet & PoWnetwork have chosen to hide behind the protective anonymity provided by the internet using false names and other means of electronic disguise.
In addition, their policies state that no one should reveal their own or anyone’s identities, and, when challenged, they openly warn each other to avoid certain sites, when attacking or investigating their victims, to avoid exposure. (Note: It is interesting to observe that when some of their own members have posted the rebuttals to various attacks; the post is deleted and the member is apparently banned from the sites.)
There are many honorable discharged military Veterans who are the victims of these Mil/Kook's behavior which is malicious, cruel and without merit. In fact, it smacks of the worst of McCarthyism and the Orwellian "truth-ministers" of the novel and movie 1984.
